"I absolutely love the product EXCEPT, somewhere in my travel and I teach overseas . . . the clip that secures an additional bag on the front fell off or got snagged or I didnt secure it well enough. I then had my sister (who lives in the US) call you twice trying to get another one, but to no avail. I am not happy about your service and follow up. The bag is good and someway to secure that clip would be greatly appreciated." |

"I looked at a lot of carry on luggage online and was surprised at how little thought went into designing most of what I saw. It seemed as if the designers never traveled by air themselves. The first thing I noticed about the Case Logic rolling duffel was the wide placement of the wheels. If you have to roll a bag throuh an airport, you want it to be stable and not be tipping over every 30 seconds. The Case Logic wheels are big, solid and well anchored into the frame of the rolling duffel with hefty sized metal pins. The duffel has three grab handles (one at either end and one on the top) to allow easy removal from an overhead bin on an airplane. While the size of the duffel requires careful consideration in what you can bring on a trip longer than a week, it also is guaranteed to fit in any overhead storage of any airline without the shoving and forceful cramming so many passengers have to go through to get their carryons stowed away. The zippers are big with easily grabbable zipper pulls. The whole duffle is padded like a Sherman tank (thats a good thing!) and the outer material is super tough. The telescoping handle pulls out and retracts easily and is made of sturdy metal, not out of some composite plactic. My only knock on this duffel is its price for the size. However, when you consider that every airline charges a minimum of $15 for the first bag checked (thats $30 roundtrip), this duffel will pay for itself in three trips, providing you pack judiciously. Get this duffel!!" |

I use it for business because I can fit my computer in the front for easy security checkpoint access. It's also good for personal travel because it is so light. My only criticism is that the straps are too long and flap around needlessly." |

"I like the product and would like to buy the 24 one however on the second time I used it the zipper omn the small side pocket was torn off. I think you should get rid of this side pocket or protect the zipper clasp." |
