"The original design of the KSW92 with the contoured handle looked like and was a quality product, which a store all of my media in. About a year ago Case Logic changed the style of this product with a cheap looking straight handle that does not match the rest of the 21 cases that I own. I would like to purchase more of the KSW92 cases, however only the contoured styled handle units." |

"It seems, the "batch" (7) of cases I received all have the same issue. The Koskin fabric that was applied to the case was not applied tightly or taut. Therefore, it looks a little loose and "wavy" looking. Obviously, it's only a cosmetic issue, but it bothers me just the same. I have one that I ordered earlier this year and the fabric is taut and looks smooth, as it should. As far as functionality & performance 'Case logic' offer the best on the market. That's why I choose them." |

"this was a really great product that didn't disappoint. you can rely on case logic to keep putting out great cd wallets. the handle on the spine is really usefull when you can't really seem to reach it in the back seat of your car. one isssue i had which isn't really a big deal but did bother me was that the zipper is different from the picture on your site, when it arrived it was just like a little nylon stringy thing about 2 inches long not like the nice zipper in the picture. but other than that a great product." |
