The only problem that I found was the open front of the bag. We went to a fabric store and we bought some medium weight mesh fabric, and elastic, and we sewed binding around the mesh. We then sewed the "piece" in over the front, vertical, section of the bag and entirely around the front lining, with elastic in the top strip of binding. This allowed us to securely put things in the front part of the bag without fear of them falling out when the bag is opened. The elastic "top" allows easy removal of items from the bag. If anyone is interested, I could send them a picture of what the "finished" bag looks like. The PC fits in behind the padded divider, and the power supply, portable mouse, cable lock, and USB and SD storage devices, used with the PC, are kept secure and cannot fall out. As I looked at the other reviews, I'm not the only person to find this bag perfect for the Eee PC. Just needed a little bit of tweaking. Hey, Case Logic, how about making this change a permanent one in your next manufacture run of the bag. You could even contact ASUS, and perhaps make some kind of deal with them." |
