Packing & Sending Your Returns

Getting your returns ready to send to us is a snap:

Step 1 - Visit our online Returns Center and obtain a shipping label

Step 2 - Pack the items securely in the original shipping cartons, if possible, with original packaging included.

Step 3 - Tape the shipping label securely to the carton. Take care to make sure you can clearly read Case Logic's return address to which it will ship.

Step 4 - Present the package to any UPS driver, take the package to any UPS customer counter, or drop the package at any authorized UPS shipping outlet including Mail Boxes etc., PaK Plus, Parcel Plus, PostNet and Postal Anex. If your place of business has a UPS account, the package can be picked up at no additional cost with your daily UPS pickup. You can also drop the package at any other authorized UPS shipping outlet.
