Packing & Sending Your Returns
Getting your returns ready to send to us is a snap:
Step 1 - Visit our online Returns Center and obtain a shipping label
Step 2 - Pack the items securely in the original shipping cartons, if possible, with original packaging included.
Step 3 - Tape the shipping label securely to the carton. Take care to make sure you can clearly read Case Logic's return address to which it will ship.
Step 4 - Present the package to any FedEx driver, take the package to any FedEx customer counter, or drop the package at any authorized FedEx shipping outlet. If your place of business has a FedEx account, the package can be picked up at no additional cost with your daily FedEx pickup.
