Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; you may return it to the original place of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund or replacement.

A. For items purchased at www.caselogic.com please read the following information:

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted from items purchased via www.caselogic.com.
  • Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase, in "as-new" condition, in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Return an item by following the instructions below or on the Case Logic invoice/packing slip.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Your credit card will be credited for the invoice price. Your credit will appear after Case Logic has received and processed your return through our return procedure.
  • Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credits to appear on their customers' records, so please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Instructions:

Step 1 - Visit our online Returns Center at www.caselogic.com and obtain a return authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label

Step 2 - Pack the items securely in the original shipping cartons, if possible, with original packaging attached.

Step 3 - Ship the item to:
