Confirming Prices

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not necessarily reserve the price shown at that time; most Case Logic discount offers are for a limited time only, and have stated expiration dates. Due to this, it is possible that an item's price may change between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

In addition, prices are subject to availability of product at the time of ordering. In the event that an item you have purchased is not available, we will honor the price you paid on that item if it becomes available in the future. As an alternative, we may instead honor your original price, but on a comparable item.

In the unlikely event that an item is mispriced on our web site we will do one of the following:

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
