"It is "o'k" but the strap should come off and should have a better pad. The pockets are not deep enough to hold items. The pocket on the flap should zip straight across so you can get at your phone (blackberry in my case - no pun intended) easily. A water bottle spot would have been good and a key at the edge of the flap so you can get to it without opening it up." I love the organization, quality of materials, color options, usability, and the protection it offers my laptop when I carry it. Its become my everyday bag that I my girlfriend has affectionately started to refer to as my purse. I have it customized with a name patch and numerous pins. I think I may even buy another one in a different color to match my other scooter."
