What shipping method is used for my order?

All orders ship via UPS. Any orders placed before 11:59 am MST will ship same day, either by Standard Ground or 2nd Day Air depending on your selection. We do not ship on weekends, and shipping is not available to PO Boxes.

How do I place a return?

You can place a return for orders purchased directly from View our return process and policy.

To return a Case Logic product purchased from another store, please contact that store for their return policy and procedure.

Why doesn't my credit card work when I try to place an order?

Check the format of the expiration date. Also verify that the billing address on file with your credit card company matches what you've entered during checkout.

Can I have my order shipped to an address outside of the US?

Currently we do not ship orders to Puerto Rico or any other countries outside of the United States.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; you may return it to the original place of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund or replacement.

A. For items purchased at please read the following information:

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted from items purchased via
  • Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase, in "as-new" condition, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
  • Return an item by following the instructions below.
  • Free shipping- Case Logic will provide a prepaid UPS label for all returns.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Your credit card will be credited for the invoice price. Your credit will appear after Case Logic has received and processed your return through our return procedure.
  • Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credits to appear on their customers' records, so please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • If you want personal attention or have any additional questions please call our customer service professionals at 1.800.925.8111 Monday - Friday: 7AM to 5:30PM MST (excluding holidays).

Return Instructions

Step 1 - Visit our Returns Center online at and obtain a pre-paid shipping label

Step 2 - Pack the items securely in the original shipping cartons, if possible, with original packaging attached.

Step 3 - Take the package to any UPS dropoff location

Quality Guarantee Policy:

Case Logic is dedicated to providing quality products. Every product is quality tested and is guaranteed for the term reflected on its packaging against defects in materials and workmanship. Our quality guarantee applies only when products have been put to the use intended by Case Logic and specifically excludes defects from misuse, use beyond a product's intended purpose or coincidental or consequential damage. This warranty specifically excludes damages to items stored or carried in Case Logic products.

Quality Guarantee Claims

Case Logic fully complies with all applicable European and national rules and regulations regarding the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees and this Quality Guarantee does not in any way affect the rights you may enjoy as a consumer under the national legislation applicable to your sale agreement with Case Logic.

In case of a defective product, we will if reasonably possible repair or replace it at no additional costs to you. In the event such a repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, we will provide you with a partial (if you decide to retain the defective product) or full refund (upon return of the defective product to Case Logic).

Order processing and shipping times

Order Processing

Almost immediately after you place your order you will first receive an order confirmation email. It is at this time that we will begin processing your order. Processing involves receiving your order, transmitting the information to the warehouse, and packing the product for shipping. Our goal is to accomplish this within one business day.

Shipping Notification

When your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking number. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
