This is an excellent ...
from Rancho Cucamonga, CA
This is an excellent all-around product. It is well-made and, with added sleeves (which are unsurpassed for protecting ones disks), can hold more than enough compact disks to keep one entertained on a trip of almost any length. It had been many years since I needed to buy a Case Logic product because my old cases from them that I bought in the late 1980s are still in great shape after more use and abuse than I would care to remember. Upon my need for a smaller case to use in my car, I am pleased to see that Case Logic is one of the few companies left today that has held up their high quality of construction and design.

I find loose leaf organization to be really helpful in organizing my DVDs. The sturdy rings hold much more than the advertised 12 sheets of DVDs, which I also find useful.

I specifically wanted ...
from Walworth, NY
I specifically wanted something in which to keep operating system and related media that was:1) compact yet good capacity, 2) convenient media access during use, 3) easily reorganized when new releases or products needed to be added to the collection, 4) easily stored in a briefcase or laptop bag, and 5) moderately priced. To me, this product seems to be the best combination of ease of these attributes that I can find.At first, I tried keeping media in slim jewel boxes and multi-disc jewel boxes. Before much time elapsed, the jewel boxes added far too much bulk, and were hard to keep organized. Plus they are easily damaged (especially the hinges). I considered using a Discgear box, which has a huge coolness factor, but the reorganization of said is far less easily accomplished, plus I needed portability and the ability to keep the media in a briefcase or laptop bag so that it didn't "walk off". This solution seems to have addressed all of my needs.Things that could be improved... I would like it to be a "D" ring binder, so the inserts wouldn't try to go too far to the back, which often causes difficulty when trying to close the cover. The covers and zipper seem a little flimsy, but for the price I guess I can't expect a premium product. And of course, like everything else these days, it's made in China, which I'd prefer an American made product. Good luck with that, huh?I don't foresee that I will test the limits of how much media I can put into a single binder anytime soon, but I ordered extra ProSleeves so it's only a matter of time :)To sum it up: So far, I am extremely pleased with this solution. For the price versus meeting my criteria, it can't be beat. I don't know how durable it will be, but if it lasts as well as it functions, I will be an extremely satisfied customer.

Good quality binder. Firm ...
By ERIC W
from Madison, CT
Good quality binder. Firm plastic underneath with a durable woven poly-fabric on top and a softer filler material between the two give these a solid, professional feel. The ring-binder is spaced for sleeves with 3.25" holes. INCLUDED with this binder are 12 (twelve) double sided CD/DVD sleeves made of a quality material - the insulation and plastic are thicker than generic sleeves and last longer (none of mine have every torn or split). I've had a few of these binders for almost five years now. They have lasted without any wear. Even the sleeves last without cracking or splitting. Although the product is listed as a 24 CD/DVD Binder, I have been keeping 40-42 in each binder by using extra sleeves. The binder rings are as big as the book which is really nice because you can flip through the pages easily without them getting hung up on the rings. With as many as 40 CD/DVDs, I can still open the rings with all the disks on one side. These binders last and have a classy feel to them. No splits, tears, broken zippers, fabric coming undone. I'm very satisfied and just bought four more.
